My birthday

Although it is small, it is a treasure (Maori proverb). It's that time of the year when one gets a year older and hopefully much wiser too! This being my 65th spin around the sun, I am wishing and hoping for something extra special to eventuate. Of course, I will be with my family, my loved ones, for a meal, preferably in a Filipino restaurant. However on second thought, we just might not go out since the Covid-19 pandemic is still very much present. I wouldn't want my family and me to catch this annoying and persistent virus. Takeaways or much better, Uber Eats will do the trick. It's not the place that makes it fun and memorable. It is the company, the people that are important. This water bearer is just super excited to see what this year will bring me! Good or bad, great or small, is all good for me!
